All Naturally NaQuai products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. We do not guarantee specific results and are not liable for individual reactions. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept all ingredients and usage recommendations.
2. Use of Products
Our products are for external use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Please read labels and conduct a patch test before full use. By purchasing, you agree to use the products at your own discretion and risk.
3. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed in the order received and may take 5–10 business days to ship. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping information or issues with postal services.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only issued if products arrive damaged or incorrect (see our full Refund Policy for details).
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including product names, descriptions, images, workshops, and scent blends, belong to Naturally NaQuai. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
6. Workshop & Event Conduct
All attendees of Sacred Scent Ceremonies or other events are expected to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove individuals without refund for disruptive or harmful behavior.
7. Limitation of Liability
Naturally NaQuai is not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and only collect necessary information to fulfill your orders. Your data will never be sold or shared.
