Order Processing Time
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Because we are a small-batch, handmade operation, please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. During sales, holidays, or major restocks, processing time may be extended.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via USPS and offer standard shipping rates calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
Once your package leaves our hands and is scanned by USPS, it is their responsibility. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we recommend filing a claim directly with USPS. While we are happy to help guide you through the process, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.
Local Pickup or Delivery (if applicable)
If you’re local and would like to arrange a pickup or delivery, please select that option at checkout or contact us directly. Availability may vary depending on schedule and location.
International Shipping
At this time, we are only offering domestic shipping within the United States. We hope to expand soon!
