Yes. All Naturally NaQuai products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and intention in every jar and bottle.

We use thoughtfully sourced, plant-based, and earth-derived ingredients. Each product listing includes a full ingredient breakdown. We prioritize gentle, nourishing formulations designed to support the body.


Do you use sustainable packaging?

Yes. Our products are packaged in glass containers whenever possible. We also encourage customers to return jars and bottles for reuse and discounts as part of our sustainability efforts.


Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. We offer local pickup at pop-up markets.

Pickup Policy:
Pickup orders are available at pop-up markets. You’ll receive an email or text when your order is ready. Please pick up your order within 14 days of notification. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule your pickup, please contact us before the 14-day window ends.


Do you ship orders?

Yes. Shipping is available within the United States and internationally. Processing times may vary during launches, markets, or holidays. Shipping details are listed at checkout.


Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. However, every body is different. We recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully and performing a patch test before full use.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?
