Refund policy

At Naturally NaQuai, we take pride in offering handcrafted, earth-derived products made with care and intention. Due to the nature of our items and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re happy to work with you if there’s a concern.

Refunds & Replacements:

• We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect addresses, or shipping delays outside of our control.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description. We will gladly offer a replacement or shop credit where applicable.

Custom Orders & Sale Items:
Custom blends, Sacred Scent Ceremony kits, or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Samples & Scent Sensitivity:
We encourage you to try a sample when available before purchasing full-sized products. We cannot issue refunds based on personal preference or sensitivity to scent or texture.
